Derrion Albert Was Somebodies Baby Murdered By Senseless Violence.

Chicago,IL my home town a fight broke out involving High School students from Fenger High School.A young man by the Name of Derrion Albert was beaten to death but multiple students as you can see in this very horrific video please watch this video with caution . As I watched this video seeing our African American kids act like Animals it broke my heart to see the disrespect for human life.
As the guy you can heard holding the camera laughs and make jokes about a young 16 year old boy being murdered right in front of him ,it makes you ask the question do alot of these sick bastards get enjoyment out of watching another black young man get beat to death by other black males.
It comes a time I ask myself why do I speak up for these young black ignorant fools,Who always seem to down each other or want to kill each other just because somebody bad mouth them.
This 16 year old boy shouldn't have died for some foolishness some he said she said crap or who you are associated crap. alot of these damn kids don't get it you fight for nothing but a grave and to be a statistic.You for to prove that your so call big and bad but yet your just showing how dumb and hateful you are .
But yet we have to remember we have kids who live in these areas that need our help and support and I know I want ever give up on them,but for the ones who want to kill a person for no reason you have made me your enemy,Remember Derrion Was somebodies baby and he shouldn't have died like this .I will not be posting the video for the respect of this young mans life and it makes me cry to see another young black brother killed over some senseless violence .R.I.P Dorrion Albert

The Patriot Act Surprise I didn't have to tell you I was breaking into your house ? Law in Forcement that is.

The Patriot Act Surprise I didn't have to tell you I was breaking into your house ? Law in Force ment that is .
Now every body knows The Patriot Act was signed right after 9/11/01 after the terrorist attacks on America .
Now the Patriot Act is used to spy on suspected terrorist in America (If Your Not White were all are suspected terrorist).
But now it's a loop hole in the Patriot Act that allow local police to break in to a suspected drug dealer home with out the person knowing the a raid is coming.
It's Call The Sneak And Peek Act and yes it's another way for police officer to break in your home take whatever they want without a warrant.
Now as you may have heard President Obama is thinking about renewing the Patriot Act which will be a big blow to Americans Civil Liberties .
Now I never liked the Patriot Act because it seems like big brother is watching you in every conversation over the phone,emails etc. But this sneak and peek act is the one that worries me the most because it can be twisted by law inforcement in so many ways,Such as breaking into innocent people houses and charging them with chumped up charges, and perhaps stealing from them .
This legal system and law inforcement does not need another wooden leg to stand up on to in prison minorities .
So we might as well throw out the Judge with the warrant and use the sneak and peek act local police don't follow the law anyway . The Sneak And Peek Act is a Deadly and Violating twist in the already messed up Violating Patriot Act.

President Franklin D.Roosevelt Second Bill Of Rights Would It have Changed America For the Good ?

Watching Larry King tonight who had a Special guest Movie Director Michael Moore ,In the interview Larry King and Michael Moore discussed FDR'S second Bill Of Rights .
This Bill Of Rights was not going to change anything in the current constitution but add to it .
In this Bill Of Rights Roosevelt stated that
1.All Americans Should have a Job with living wages.
2.Freedom from unfair competition and monopolies.
3.A Home.
4.Medical care.
5.Education.
6.Recreation.
Roosevelt stated that having these rights would guarantee American security, and that America's place in the world depended upon how far these and similar rights had been carried into practice.
Alot of Conservatives would call this Socialism because this Second Bill Of Rights would have promoted everybody who is American Born to have to have equal opportunity.Which is barley visible in America today even more so if your black.
But Roosevelt took ill so there fore the footage was lost until Michael Moore discovered it at the University Of South Carolina . Now the footage will be used in Michael Moore's New movie Capitalism:A Love Story which will show the whole documentary of Roosevelt speaking about the Second Bill Of Rights .
Roosevelt died before the Second Bill Of Rights was ever Implemented.
“The Economic Bill of Rights”
Excerpt from President Roosevelt's January 11, 1944 message to the Congress of the United States on the State of the Union.
It is our duty now to begin to lay the plans and determine the strategy for the winning of a lasting peace and the establishment of an American standard of living higher than ever before known. We cannot be content, no matter how high that general standard of living may be, if some fraction of our people—whether it be one-third or one-fifth or one-tenth—is ill-fed, ill-clothed, ill-housed, and insecure.
This Republic had its beginning, and grew to its present strength, under the protection of certain inalienable political rights—among them the right of free speech, free press, free worship, trial by jury, freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures. They were our rights to life and liberty.
As our nation has grown in size and stature, however—as our industrial economy expanded—these political rights proved inadequate to assure us equality in the pursuit of happiness.
We have come to a clear realization of the fact that true individual freedom cannot exist without economic security and independence. “Necessitous men are not free men.” People who are hungry and out of a job are the stuff of which dictatorships are made.
In our day these economic truths have become accepted as self-evident. We have accepted, so to speak, a second Bill of Rights under which a new basis of security and prosperity can be established for all—regardless of station, race, or creed.
Among these are:
The right to a useful and remunerative job in the industries or shops or farms or mines of the nation;
The right to earn enough to provide adequate food and clothing and recreation;
The right of every farmer to raise and sell his products at a return which will give him and his family a decent living;
The right of every businessman, large and small, to trade in an atmosphere of freedom from unfair competition and domination by monopolies at home or abroad;
The right of every family to a decent home;
The right to adequate medical care and the opportunity to achieve and enjoy good health;
The right to adequate protection from the economic fears of old age, sickness, accident, and unemployment;
The right to a good education.
All of these rights spell security. And after this war is won we must be prepared to move forward, in the implementation of these rights, to new goals of human happiness and well-being.
America’s own rightful place in the world depends in large part upon how fully these and similar rights have been carried into practice for our citizens.
What do you Guys think of the Second Bill Of Rights ? Do you think America would have been different if President Roosevelt would have Implemented this Second Bill Of Rights ?
