North Carolina,Mark Lytee a Mentally Ill Black man was deported by the feds to Mexico twice.
Lytee who is Bi-polar and has a learning disability was expected to return home from a Wayne County Prison in Texas after severing a few months for touching a woman's backside inappropriately .
But Lytee wasn't giving a chance to go back home instead Lytee said the United States Government deported him to Mexico, then Mexican officials deported him to Honduras ,and then he was deported for Honduras to Guatemala.
Lytee who knows no Spanish at all mind you Lytte is born in North Carolina ,Lytee was later placed in a North Carolina prison after the United States Immigration admitted that Lytee was wrongly deported .
Lytee has been through hell in and out of prisons and homeless shelters in Latin America before ending up at the U.S. Embassy in Guatemala where officials confirmed his citizenship .
Lytee who was reunited with his family this past Last Friday went through more hell as they tried to deport him again at a Atlanta Air port .
Lytee said through out the process Lytee Repeatedly told U.S. Federal agents that he is a U.S. Citizen and he was born in Rowan County ,Lytee Said the They just Totally Ignored It .
Lytee is back home but you have Federal Authorities saying that Lytee said he was Mexican which I think is a lie.
My question to these Biggot Federal Agents why didn't they check his background before deporting him? Such as medical records and back ground history.
